Srokowo

A rural municipality in the northern part of Kętrzyn County, on the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast. It covers an area of 194.63 km² and is home to about 3,800 people. The seat of the municipal authorities is the village of Srokowo (formerly Drengfurt), which retains the urban layout of a former small town. The municipality has an agricultural and border character.
